Day Trip

My daughter and I took a day trip last Friday. Here are a few of my favorite things:

1. found a short cut

2. try out our new car

3. learned where our friends live

4. enjoyed spending time with our friends

5. good lunch

6. wrapping their daughter's room!

7. enjoyed the museum

8. learned a little more about local history

9. got to see a replica boom town

10. made it back in time for the party that night

Putt Putt

The kids actually agreed on an outing today. We couldn't decide what we wanted to do, so we went to play Putt Putt golf. Yes it was HOT but we had a good time. Here are a few of my favorite things:

1. only played one course

2. not crowded

3. I made two holes-in-one!

4. I won!

5. going in to cool off

6. ordering a large cheese pizza

7. the .99 cent salad that came w/ the pizza

8. medium drinks for the small price

9. visiting, reminiscing, talking with my kids

10. coming home with $3 left!
