Some days it is a chore to make myself get out of bed and exercise. Here is why I do it:
1. It makes me feel better
2. It gets my blood pumping
3. It gets my brain going
4. Going early allows me to beat the crowd
5. It helps to maintain weight
6. It allows me to eat a little more like I want to than I need to
7. It makes me feel good
8. It tones my body
9. It keeps my muscles toned
10. It strengthens my bones
