I have been released this week to do some more activity following my recent surgery. I am happy for that. Here are a few of my favorite things:
1. s-l-o-w cycling
2. light easy swimming
3. upper body weights
4. finally made it back into a gym
5. a little exercise rekindled my appetite (not necessarily good!)
6. went up and down a few small steps
7. not as much pain when walking
8. halfway done with physical therapy
9. no problem driving
10. walked around the block
