YMCA sports

My daughter is wanting to get into "club" sports. These are private sports clubs who practice a lot and play every weekend. I am good with all that, but not the prices!! I think I have appreciated YMCA sports a little more now! Here are a few of my favorite things about YMCA sports:

1. close to home

2. cheaper than private club sports

3. less demand

4. meet more people

5. shorter season

6. if you don't like the coach/team, it will be over soon enough and you can move on to another team

7. friendlier people

8. great place to get a first taste of a sport

9. open to nearly all ages

10. no Sundays
