I have been going to some more therapy sessions for my foot. While it has been very costly, here are a few of my favorite things:
1. working aggressively to get me well, stronger and able to run again
2. tissue work
3. running on treadmill
4. strength training exercises
5. heat therapy
6. stretches to do at home
7. exercises to do at home/gym
8. including work on an old injury
9. trying to get me out of my orthotics
10. working on getting me healthy
