I have not loved going to therapy over the last several weeks. But I do think it's helping. Here are a few of my favorite things about it:

1. getting stronger

2. learning how to better help myself

3. able to do more of the things I want to do

4. learning where to go for help in the areas I want/need

5. making new friends

6. finding new information

7. taking care of an even older injury

8. passing on my new knowledge

9. feeling the effects of better health

10. it's nearly to an end!

List is miraculous and the therapy is based on some useful factors and also this is about the attempted remediation of a health problem, usually following a diagnosis,and also this process is based on the extensive treatment for a condition that could be remedied with very limited treatment is over treatment,treatment type of phenomenon this is.
