Today was our last long training day before our race next week. We had a good day. Here are a few of my favorite things:
1. meeting up with friends to train together
2. meeting new friends
3. swimming in the bay
4. getting used to my new wetsuit
5. cycling 20 miles on the seawall
6. going WITH the wind
7. re-learning how to change a flat tire
8. seeing so many others out in training
9. hamburgers for lunch
10. feeling good after a long day of training
