Homemade smoothies are one of my favorite treats, but I usually have them for breakfast. Here are a few of my favorite things about it:

1. easy to fix

2. quick to fix

3. adding protein powder makes it filling

4. frozen banana

5. frozen strawberries

6. frozen blueberries

7. vanilla flavor from protein powder

8. add flax seed oil for the benefit w/o the oily taste

9. easy to transport

10. delicious!
