I have often heard a debate on if napping is good for you. I believe it was Da Vinci who was a firm believer in naps. Here are a few of my favorite things about naps:
1. you can stay up later
2. easier to get up early if you know you can nap later
3. clears your mind
4. a great break
5. cool down in the heat of the day
6. good for your mind
7. good for your body
8. good for your attitude
9. good for your outlook
10. "no day is so bad that it can't be cured by a nap"
