Peregrine Online is an excellent travel blog. But it is even better than a travel blog. Here are a few of my favorite things:

4. the author has done extensive travel overseas for a good portion of her life
5. she has a unique perspective
6. sometimes she travels alone, sometimes with colleagues, sometimes with kids, providing a wide array of experience
7. she is smart and funny
8. she has a lot of insight on the places she visits
9. she writes thought provoking articles about the cultures she encounters
10. it is a great blog!
