When I think of the way my grandparents grew up, I know that I am blessed with many modern day conveniences. Those folks who blazed the West with no easy way to wash, cook or clean were truly pioneers. I cannot imagine living today without some of the things I have become spoiled to, much less traveling over a continent without them. I am happy that I live in the day and age of modern wonders and conveniences. Here are a few of my favorite things:

8. Telephones
9. Television
